Job Description

Convergint is looking for a team-oriented, results-driven, Project Cost Administrator to join our amazing culture at Convergint in either our Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver. The Project Cost Administrators’ responsibilities include maintenance of all job records, including job set-up, basic project cost review, progress billing preparation, warranty letters, change orders and job notes. You will be working closely with stakeholders, e.g. project managers, senior managers, and customer representatives to ensure accurate administration and maintenance of project documentation with respect to invoicing and contract compliance.
