Job Requirements

Core responsibilities:

  • Manages delivery center's financial health through tasks like financial planning and analysis, accounting, and compliance.
  • Work with other departments to align healthy financial status of the center.
  • Maintaining up to date financial status of projects like PO, invoice etc.,
  • Generation of PO utilization report weekly by calculating weekly fund balance and status update to corresponding Program Managers.
  • Weekly sharing out project financial status reports to customer.
  • Being a Focal point for financial details of all Purchase Orders of the delivery center
  • Taking care of administrative activities of the delivery center like arrangement for customer visits, coordinating Town Hall meeting, arrangement of awards, maintaining award register, etc.,
