Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major capital and technical projects across our business. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams, you’ll provide essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support to keep projects well‑organised, on track, and clearly communicated from planning through to completion.

Your new day-to-day:

  • Support project activity across planning, delivery, and review stages
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, registers, and governance records
  • Assist Project Managers with tracking milestones, costs, risks, and actions
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up actions
