We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the project management team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating and supporting project operations and administration in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Support Project Executives and Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
Follow up on production schedules, project timelines, and work progress to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for project coordination and updates.
Prepare samples, materials, and project-related documentation when required.
Coordinate meetings, logistics arrangements, and follow-up actions.
Assist in maintaining project records, filing systems, and project management software updates.
Support operational coordination, onsite setup and project execution when necessary....
