Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Program Coordinator, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of the Eagle’s Nest Youth Program. Working collaboratively with a team of Project Coordinators, this position ensures the effective implementation of culturally responsive programming grounded in the Medicine Wheel teachings. The role includes responsibility for youth recruitment and selection, program facilitation, case management, and community partnership coordination. The Project Coordinator supports up to 60 First Nations youth (ages 16–30) annually through three four‑month intakes focused on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development, while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive program environment.
