Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project creation and detailed project administration within Traka Commercial Systems (Salesforce/ServiceMax/QuickBooks).
  • Facilitate project planning meetings and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
  • Review technical specifications and blueprints for system hardware installations.
  • Act as the central point of receipt of all project documentation (e.g., completed Pre-Installation and Health & Safety forms) and ensure these documents are checked for detail and accuracy.
  • Log issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including sales quoting, operational shortfalls, and resource restrictions.
  • Maintain correct and accurate cost accounting on projects.
  • Create and maintain Gantt charts for large deployment projects/programs using tools such as Smartsheet.
