Project Coordinator – Utilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in developing the strategy for execution of large and complex powerline construction projects by coordinating resources to meet operational objectives.
• Assist in the project plan and schedule, ensure safety and quality control.
• Work with project team, subcontractors, and others.
• Promote the overall Ledcor site safety program.
• Assist in all aspects of subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations for complex projects and design-build projects.
• Support and maintain systems and procedures at project start-up including job site trailer/office set up and master filing system.
• Create and maintain the project directory.
• Perform recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation.
