Project Coordinator – Urbacon

Role Objectives

The Project Coordinator will assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Organize required permit applications (if applicable for the project);
  • Assist in the preparation of sub-trade bids and evaluate bids;
  • Handle progress claims – review, verify amounts, prepare statutory declarations and prepare the certificate of payments;
  • Respond to and track correspondence received, meeting minutes, change orders, site instructions, owner’s instructions, shop drawings and drawing log as appropriate;
