The Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established Durham Region mechanical manufacturing and field services company with more than 30 years of success delivering custom-engineered solutions across Ontario.

As Project Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of the operation, ensuring projects move efficiently from estimating through fabrication and installation to successful completion. You'll work closely with ownership, office staff, manufacturing, field crews and customers to keep projects organized, schedules on track and communication flowing.

This is not an administrative support role. It's a fast-paced operational coordination position where initiative, organization and strong communication are critical to success.
