About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Security & ELV Systems team. The successful candidate will support project engineers and stakeholders in coordinating, monitoring, and documenting project activities to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project schedules, timelines, and deliverables with project engineers.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Monitor project budget and expenses against approved drawings before handing over to project engineers.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Organise and maintain soft copies of drawings and related documentation, ensuring version control and easy access for project team members.
