Jacobs is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the full project life cycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout. This role provides high-quality administrative and document control support to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on time, and compliant with client, contractual, and Jacobs standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Coordination

- Support the complete project life cycle: scheduling, logistics, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and closeout documentation.

- Maintain project calendars, deliverable trackers, risk and issue logs, and decision registers.

- Prepare and format project documentation (agendas, minutes, status reports, dashboards, change requests).

- Coordinate team communications and manage distribution lists and versioning.
