Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary liaison with the customer’s Operations Lead, providing daily and weekly operational updates.
  • Ensures compliance and operational readiness through implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and performance dashboard analysis.
  • Drives timely resolution of maintenance tickets to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and subcontractors via weekly reviews to proactively address operational gaps.
  • Mitigates launch-blocking issues to support on-time service deployment.
  • Maintains a cohesive operational link between field execution and client expectations.
