• Attend project kick-off meetings to align on scope, deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
• Secure and document complete project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules for delivery and installation works based on site requirements and agreed priorities.
• Coordinate resource allocation, manpower scheduling, and logistics planning.
• Monitor and control on-site delivery and installation activities to ensure compliance with project plans and technical specifications.
