Required (Must-Haves):

6+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for a complex compliance/ program team.

Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts, practices, and theory.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to interact confidently and effectively with executive management, auditors, and technical control owners.

Clear experience within a large, complex corporate or IT department environment.

Expertise in Agile management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
