This is a part-time hybrid role as a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the role. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, ensuring team collaboration, monitoring project progress, assisting in the development of project plans, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role also involves facilitating meetings and preparing status reports.
Qualifications
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient in communication, time management, and multitasking
Ability to coordinate effectively between teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience with project management software and tools is an advantage
Relevant educational background or certifications in project management are a plus
