Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet customers and collect customers' request and level of satisfaction.

  • Regularly discuss with program managers from headquarter.

  • Initiatively contribute to enhance trust and understanding between the headquarters and the customers.

  • Initiatively contribute to achieving agreements between the headquarters and the customers

  • Identify issues or risk and escalate with proposing solutions.

  • Propose and monitor budget regarding local resources for program.

  • Lead local stakeholders and ensure good support to headquarters and to customers.
  • Competencies

  • Bachelor degree or above.

  • Experience in program management/coordination.

  • Knowledge of the different fields involved in program such as engineering, Sales admin (including Customer Service), Logistic, Quality, Repair WS, Procurement, Technical support, etc.
