We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Project Coordinator to support an 11-month hotel renovation project in Saskatoon, SK. This role provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the site crew and Site Supervisor, helping ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the site team and Site Supervisor, including correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination
  • Issue purchase orders and submit vendor invoices for payment
  • Manage phone and email communications
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems in compliance with retention requirements
  • Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with recruitment of general labourers and trades, including sending onboarding documentation
  • Track and manage general labour time and attendance
