- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Document and publish meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and update project documentation regularly.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with team members to gather project updates and status reports.
- Communicate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
