Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
  • Document and publish meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and update project documentation regularly.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather project updates and status reports.
  • Communicate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
