  • JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator (known internally as Assistant Project Manager - Major works) 
  • LOCATION: Office based in Ringwood, BH24 3FA
  • HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
  • About the role

    We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager (Major Works) to support the delivery of CEM’s major works programme across our UK retirement living portfolio. Reporting to the Project Manager (Major Works), you will manage a defined portfolio of property-related projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring each project is delivered compliantly, particularly with statutory Section 20 consultation requirements.

    You will coordinate the technical, financial and communication aspects of each project—maintaining robust documentation, accurate forecasting, clear stakeholder engagement and effective risk management. This role contributes directly to CEM’s Section 20 income targets ...
