Project Coordinator – Real Estate Development

Overview

We are seeking aProject Coordinator to
support mixed-use residential projects across the GTA. This role will be
involved in all phases of development, including pre-development, municipal
approvals, and construction. The successful candidate will work closely with
the Development Manager and collaborate with consultants, municipalities, and
internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support
  the Development Manager in coordinating and submitting development
  approvals and building permit applications for infill and master-planned
  communities (ZBA, Site Plan Approval, Plan of Subdivision, building and
  sundry permits).
• Prepare,
  issue, and track RFPs for multi-disciplinary consultant teams; provide
  comparative analysis to support consultant selection.
