Project Coordinator - Planner/Scheduler

Job Description

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans and schedules for multiple projects progressing through machine shop, fabrication shop, Instrumentation & Controls lab, metrology department, metallurgy and clean assembly room within the Manufacturing and materials management department.

Your role

• Create, maintain and communicate production plan and detailed Schedules with clear list of priorities for various departments within the manufacturing services.
• Significant use of planning and scheduling capabilities of JobBoss® ERP Job Shop Management Solutions system.
• Participate in material requirement planning meetings and kick-off meetings for individual projects.
• Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and material handler for the availability of raw materials and management of material inventory.
