About the Role

RemoteVA PH is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive EV Project Coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects. You'll act as the bridge between our internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients—ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate with internal teams (drafters, consultants, and data-entry staff) to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.

-Serve as the main liaison with utility companies (e.g., PSE&G) and municipal permitting departments.

-Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.

-Prepare and review project documentation (service request forms, utility maps, permit packages).

-Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in (or similar tools).
