Project Coordinator for Facade Cleaning & Maintenance Projects

Position Name: Project Coordinator (Services)
Immediate Superior: Operations Head

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for handling on-site operational aspects of a contract with clients and secure its execution in a manner that optimizes time, safety, and profitability. Contracts are specifically for the cleaning, renovationor repair of faade buildings of any height.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the team allocated to the project on-site.
2. Responsible for monitoring and reporting conditions and progress of the project on-site to the office.
3. Direct and daily on-site supervision of day-to-day activities of the Rope Access Technicians and other staff.
4. Personally contribute to the execution of day-to-day activities.
