Remote from Philippines | 6-Month Initial Term | Potential Relocation to Australia

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of civil and landscape construction projects for an established Australian contractor.

This role will initially be performed remotely from the Philippines for a 6-month probationary period. Upon successful performance and mutual agreement, there is potential for relocation to Australia.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Project Managers and the Construction Manager with end-to-end project coordination, subcontractor engagement, procurement, contract administration, cost tracking, and documentation control.

The position is operationally focused and requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
