Project Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator to support project execution, manage timelines, and ensure seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Track progress and provide regular project updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Will provide support and coordination for all scheduled photoshoots as required.

Skills

• At least 1–2 years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting objectives and expectations
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in freelance photoshoot coordination is an advantage
