We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Equipment & Installation Coordinator to manage ongoing equipment installation, commissioning, and logistics projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, plan weekly schedules, assign team members for on‑site deployment, and ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Project Tracking & Planning: Monitor multiple concurrent installation and commissioning projects; track status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Resource Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly deployment plans; allocate team members to projects based on skillsets and availability.
- Client Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact for clients; confirm requirements, site readiness, and resolve on‑site issues.
