Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator II will support major projects and programs, which involve the design, development, and manufacture of our products. They will also ensure the administrative and scheduling requirements needed to support the customer requirements.

Location: Oakville, Ontario.

Your Day to Day

• Coordinate and participate in the preparation of estimates, schedules and proposals as required (including Contract Change Requests).
• Take the lead on smaller quote/proposal opportunities including holding kickoff meetings, and ensuring proposal deadlines are met.
• Maintain assigned P6 schedules in terms of critical metrics (probability, start date, status, resourcing etc).
• Support the Project Manager on the activities listed below, and lead activities in the absence of a Project Manager.
