The Opportunity:

The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Principal, Project Management & Construction, with duties also aligned to the Director, Project Management & Construction, and will be responsible for administrative functions for all asset classes.

What You Will Do:

  • Overall responsibility for the administration of capital and construction projects undertaken by the Project Management & Construction team throughout the portfolio.
  • Provide support to the Project Management & Construction Team for all aspects of day‑to‑day activities for assigned projects across all asset classes nationally.
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of reports and correspondence to clients, tenants, contractors.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and accounting regarding invoicing and other matters as directed.
