Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our fire and electrical project businesses. The role will work with project managers, field technicians, and other team members to help ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Coordinator will track and document various elements of our projects while focusing on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedule changes to address customer and company needs.
• Track and report on change orders and project close outs.
• Assist with project billing and status reviews.
• Assist project manager with material requisition, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate and maintain project material delivery schedule.
