TEKsystems is hiring for a Project Coordinator for their client in Middleton, WI.
Within this role, a project coordinator ensures everything is in order for technology implementations to run effectively. This includes ensuring all materials, equipment, and personnel are ready for the installation date. If not completed, onsite technicians will not have the proper tools to complete the project efficiently.
Other duties and responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and logistics, tracking project status, coordinating technicians, communicating updates to stakeholders, managing documentation, and serving as a liason to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has great attention to detail with previous customer service or administrative experience.
