Contract until June 2024 - Government Agency CBD Location - Hybrid Working Arrangement Generalist IT Project Coordinator The role:
This Government agency is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager on a Program which is delivering one cohesive IT platform across all areas of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide admin support to the project team record tasks to be done, track progress, create and format documents. Run weekly meetings if required Manage small projects or work packages as required autonomously with limited supervision Follow-up on deliverables and manage timelines Send weekly reporting as required Coordinate vendor tasks and deliverables Administering the project schedule with input from other team members You will need:
Min 5 years of experience in Project Coordination
