  • The role:
    This Government agency is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager on a Program which is delivering one cohesive IT platform across all areas of the department.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide admin support to the project team record tasks to be done, track progress, create and format documents.
  • Run weekly meetings if required
  • Manage small projects or work packages as required autonomously with limited supervision
  • Follow-up on deliverables and manage timelines
  • Send weekly reporting as required
  • Coordinate vendor tasks and deliverables
  • Administering the project schedule with input from other team members
  • You will need:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Project Coordination
