Job Description
The role of the Project Administrator is to:
• Collaborate with Project Logistics Manager & Project Managers on personnel and project logistics and offshore planning schedules
• Support the Project Administration team located in Singapore as per project operations demand
• Support Project Managers as required with procurement tasks
• Work with Project Managers to ensure project logistic deadlines are met
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Cert III in Business Administration or similar
- Completion of secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Administration
