Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Design and deliver high-impact, visually compelling MS PowerPoint presentations
    for project updates, executive reviews, steering committees, and client meetings.
  • Translate complex project data into clear MS PowerPoint slides, including timelines, milestones, risks, KPIs, and progress summaries.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Support project managers with meeting preparation, MS PowerPoint slide development, agenda creation, and minutes of meetings.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, presented effectively through PowerPoint decks.
