RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the dispatching and scheduling of incoming orders by working closely with customers and Capture Technicians, ensuring all job details and progress are accurately tracked in internal systems.Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless, high‑touch service experience throughout the job lifecycle.Develop strong, collaborative relationships with our Capture Technician network, partnering with them daily to coordinate jobs, address challenges, and maintain high operational standards.Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and procedures.Oversee scheduling and tracking databases to ensure complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date order information, supporting data integrity and operational visibility.Act as a key advocate for customers by sharing in...
