Job Description

We are looking for energetic Project Coordinators who will be responsible for assisting the team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information for Activation Projects. You will be in charge of helping organize projects with the goal of getting them completed right, on time and within budget. Project Coordinators will monitor the overall progress of on ground staff and will update the Sr Project Coordinator regularly on each group’s progress. You will be in charge of post event documentation, reporting and audit.
