What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of multiple project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
  • Provide administrative support, such as arranging meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
