Project Coordinator

Signage Company looking for experienced Project Coordinator.
Self motivated with high responsibility. Guidance will be given. Scope of works
1) Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects. Coordinate projects on site with installers and main contractor.
2) Check designer drawings and ensure all items are drawn and submitted as per contract and on time.
3) Check for any VO (changes) in designs and additional items required from client. To coordinate with QS to submit VO cost if necessary.
4) Ensure proper documentations are recorded for all instructions given by client and changes from contract.
5) Assist QS in progress claims with signed D.O for works done on site.
6) Ensure all application of permits/safety documents (liaise with safety coordinator) are submitted in time for work to be carried out smoothly on site.
