Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Attend to reporting, documentation, follow up all sent/receive quotations, worksheet and filing duties.
• Update daily sub-contractor worksheet/on site work progress and report to superior on daily basis.
• Supervise, control and coordinate construction/renovation/plumbing activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Hands‑on experience on site works and project management.
• Liaise with consultant, management office and be well versed in construction techniques and issues.
• Liaise with sub-contractor (incl. foreigner worker) on planning, logistics, material management, construction and daily site issues.
• Check all construction/renovation/plumbing drawings and identify information gaps that needed further attention.
• Assist in material control management.
• Do site visiting and inspection on rectification works, able to draft out the quotation for customer.
