Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and prioritizing projects
  • Project management – Defining project goals, defining scope of work, creating timelines for projects and meeting deadlines
  • Monitoring project progress and relaying updates to managers and customers. Preparing progress reports
  • Attention to detail to verify scope of work is completed correctly to the requirements and delivered on time.
  • Estimating
  • Review and implement changes to production drawings.
  • Sales management
  • Administrative tasks including managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports including documents related to project administration
  • Communicating technical and project information to customers and relaying information back to project team members
  • Attend customer meetings to address concerns and formulate resolutions efficiently and effectively
