Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage and support customer projects from start to completion. This role requires close coordination with clients, internal teams, and sales to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer projects end to end
• Ensure timely project fulfillment and follow-ups
• Handle customer refunds as per company policies
• Maintain project files, records, and documentation
• Support sales by identifying upsell opportunities
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across all client communication
• Assist with client retention and relationship management
