Job Description

The 
Project Coordinator
 will be responsible for coordinating Agile PMO operations and acting as a critical link between the PMO and technical Product Delivery Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain reports and dashboards, demonstrating strong proficiency in MS Office applications—particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—as well as Power BI.
  • Monitor and review deliverables produced by developers and designers to ensure alignment with project goals, consistency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication with international clients.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Operations & PMO, support resource planning, performance tracking, risk and issue management, and value realization initiatives.
