Key Responsibilities
Team & Project Management
- Manage employees based in Africa, Pakistan, and Iran.
- Receive projects from management, plan, divide, and assign tasks.
- Act as Project Manager to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor productivity and project progress.
CRM & Reporting (Mandatory)
- Use the company CRM for team and project management.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports in the CRM.
- Ensure all tasks, updates, and performance records are logged properly.
