Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and records
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Identify project risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager
- Support procurement of resources and materials when required
- Ensure project activities comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
