Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports
  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and records
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Identify project risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager
  • Support procurement of resources and materials when required
  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
