Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and delivery of projects. This role works closely with project managers, implementation consultants, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end implementation of MyHCM software projects
- Coordinate between clients, implementation team, developers, sales team and internal stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, and status reports
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, training sessions, and follow-ups
