Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of Agile PMO functions and a critical interface with technical Product Delivery Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating reports and dashboards and must be proficient across MS Office particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to Power BI.
- Act as a QA for the developers and solution architect for the designers.
- Communicate with international clients i.e. US and Canadian.
- Reporting to the Head of Operations & PMO, the Project Coordinator will participate in resource planning, performance management and reporting, risk and issue management and value management.
- Being the business interface for Project Intake and prioritization as the first point of contact.
- Administering the PM tool, Jira and Confluence, ensuring organizational adherence to processes and workflows
