Job Description
Our client, a well-established civil construction contractor delivering civil infrastructure projects across Western Canada, is looking to add a Project Coordinator (Cost Control) to their Kamloops head office team.
This role will work directly with the Senior Project Manager, with a primary focus on project costing and cost control across multiple active civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Project Manager with project costing, cost tracking, and budget control.
- Maintain and update cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Track commitments, purchase orders, invoices, and subcontract costs.
- Assist with change management, including pricing, tracking, and documentation of changes.
- Support project reporting and ensure accurate, up-to‑date cost documentation.
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure costs are captured correctly and on time.
