Project Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the successful execution of multiple projects, while acting in a Project Manager capacity when required
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Support the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate resource availability and allocation under the guidance of senior management
• Assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress
• Support the management of changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Monitor project performance using suitable project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and techniques
