, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, schedules, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project-related administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource tracking, and file organization.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Support communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager as necessary.
  • Help ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Use project management software/tools to track progress and manage tasks.
