Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, schedules, and meeting notes.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage project-related administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource tracking, and file organization.Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.Support communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients.Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager as necessary.Help ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Use project management software/tools to track progress and manage tasks.At Ascensus we are guided by our Core Values of People Matter...
