Unit Summary

Information and Communication Technologies Department is presently located across several sites (McMaster, General, Juravinski, St. Peter's and 293 Wellington) with our main office at 293 Wellington St. North. ICT supports the 24 hour by 7 day week needs of HHSC. The support service is accomplished by the use of on-site staff, rotating shifts, site specific assignments and on-call services using Blackberries. 

The Project Coordinator will elicit, analyze, specify, validate and manage to completion the business needs of small project or service request stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to Project Management Office.
