Drive success in industrial construction as a Project Coordinator with Beedie. This role focuses on managing project schedules, permits, and worker communications across the Lower Mainland.

Beedie is expanding its team to oversee large tilt-up projects in Delta, Langley, Burnaby, and Surrey. The Project Coordinator will support the permit application process, develop project schedules, and generate project status updates. This position requires excellent communication skills and a detailed-oriented approach to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate preparation of permit packages and municipal permits • Prepare and issue project tender packages • Generate bid analysis and recommendations for project managers • Maintain logs for drawings, change orders, and RFIs • Monitor site progress and ensure work quality
